Berénykert Kft. (address: 8097 Nadap, Hegyalja út 7.; hereinafter: Data Controller) CXII of 2011 on the right to self-determination of information and freedom of information. Act (hereinafter: Infotv.) § 14, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council (hereinafter: GDPR) § 13-15 according to its articles, informs the person concerned of the data management (hereinafter: Data Subject) that the provision of data provided by the Data Subject to the Data Controller or requested by the Data Controller is voluntary.

 

The Data Controller processes the following personal data of the Data Subject for the purposes listed below, based on the consent of the Data Subject, mandatory data processing according to law (GDPR Article 6 (1) points a), b) and c)):

  • name,

  • Home address,

  • Delivery Address,

  • e-mail address,

  • telephone number.

 

The above personal data is managed by the Data Controller in order to:

  • register the Contact on the website www.diobirtok.com,

  • to sell a product to the Data Subject, to deliver it, to fulfill the obligation to provide invoices and receipts,

  • fulfill your other obligations related to the resulting contract.

 

Personal data is not handled in an automated manner, no profiling takes place.

 

Your personal data can be viewed by the Data Controller's executive, sales staff, and IT staff. The duration of the data management is from the provision of the data - if it is based on the Data Subject's consent - to the withdrawal of the Data Subject's consent, however, the withdrawal of the consent does not affect the legality of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to the withdrawal. The duration of data management lasts from the time the data is provided - if it is based on the fulfillment of legal obligations - until the deadline specified in the relevant law or contract, but at most until the relevant goal is fulfilled. The Data Subject may withdraw his/her consent in writing via any of the Data Controller's contact details below. The Data Subject can also initiate and manage the modification and correction of their personal data in these ways. In the event of a change in legislation in the meantime, or if the conditions thereof exist, the Data Controller will delete the personal data of the Data Subject that are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of data management.

 

Your personal data may be forwarded to the Data Controller's partners providing contracted postal services in order to send the order to the Data Subject's number. During the storage of electronic documents relating to the Data Subject, the personal data of the Data Subject may be forwarded to the Data Controller's contracted electronic storage service providers in order to store the data relating to the Data Subject electronically. The Data Subject acknowledges and expressly accepts that his personal data will be forwarded in accordance with the above.

 

The Data Controller informs the Data Subject that he can request information from the Data Controller about the processing of his personal data, as well as request access to his personal data, their correction, deletion, blocking, and the termination of the processing of his data for the specified purpose or a part of it, and he can object to the processing of his personal data. The Data Subject has the right to receive his/her electronically managed personal data in a segmented, widely used, machine-readable format, and to transmit this data to another data controller without the Data Controller preventing this. The Data Subject may also request information about the personal data processed by any data processor, their source, the purpose, legal basis, duration of the data processing, the name and address of the data processor and its activities related to data processing, the circumstances, effects and measures taken to prevent a data protection incident in the event of a data protection incident, and - in the case of transmission of the data subject's personal data - on the legal basis and recipient of the data transmission.

 

In relation to data management, the Data Subject is entitled to the legal remedies provided in the relevant legislation, so he is especially entitled to enforce his rights in court and the compensation and compensation you may be entitled to according to the legislation.
